The high throughput analytical chemistry core group functions as a support group for St. Jude and Department of Chemical Biology and Therapeutics. A primary mission of the group is to facilitate the flow of compounds from the core high throughput synthetic chemists into high throughput screening assays and the company archive. This is done through:

Preparative mass-directed HPLC and SFC
Final LC/MS analysis of all compounds for identity and purity
Assistance in library protocol development

In addition, the HTAC group offers testing of compounds for solubility, permeability, and plan for preliminary pharmacokinetic analysis.
