The RFA announcement that funds this mutagenesis project clearly indicates that reagents generated in this screen be communicated rapidly and made available to the scientific community. This is in accordance with the policies of St Jude Children’s Research Hospital and with the strong support of the MeadLab.
Materials will be made available to the non-profit research community under standard Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) unless they are derived from third party materials that carry legal restrictions that limit further distribution. In these cases, we will endeavor to help the requestor obtain the correct permission so that materials may be released from our laboratory.
In the event that materials are shared prior to publication the requestor should acknowledge the contribution by co-authorship that will include the principal investigator (Paul E. Mead, Ph.D.) and the lead researcher(s) on the project associated with the materials.
A list of available transgenic lines and mutants will be updated regularly on this web site (see the Transgenic Frog section).
Questions and requests for materials should forwarded to Paul E. Mead, Ph.D.
