Gene expression profiles in HT29 cells following thymineless stress

A - 5Fluorouracil/Leucovorin treatment
H1324P and H1326P: Control labeled with Cy3 (F532) and 5Fluorouracil treated sample labeled with Cy5 (F635)

H1323P and H1328P: Dye flips i.e. Control labeled with Cy5 (F635) and 5Fluorouracil treated sample labeled with Cy3 (F532)

    1. Upregulated Genes
    2. Downregulated Genes

B - ZD9331 treatment
H1322P and H1329P: Control labeled with Cy3 (F532) and ZD9331 treated sample labeled with Cy5 (F635)

H1321P and H1330P: Dye flips i.e. Control labeled with Cy5 (F635) and 5Fluorouracil treated sample labeled with Cy3 (F532)

Up and downregulated genes identified by filtering out unreliable data and then performing global normalization, log transformation and t-test based significance analysis. Significantly differential genes were then separated on the basis of log(fold change). Genes with a p-value < 0.05 and an average fold change of 50% were selected.

    1. Upregulated Genes
    2. Downregulated Genes
